The amount appears on your balance as soon as the work is counted. That is not a transfer — it is a record that we owe you.

Transfers go out on Mondays. To make the next one you need two things: payout details on file and at least 5 USD ready to withdraw. Without details there is nowhere to send the money.

Money for a brand-new video will not make the next transfer: it is held for 2 days from publication. Why — in the answer below.

The gap is the hold: money for a video becomes withdrawable 2 days after it was published, not right away.

This is not distrust — it is how TikTok clears bought views: they hold for the first hours and then the counter drops. If the money for such a video has already been sent, there is nowhere to get it back from.

The hold does not touch the earnings themselves: the amount is counted, grows and stays yours — it simply waits. After two days it shows up as withdrawable on its own; there is nothing to press.

Because we pay for views, not for handing in a video. When the work is counted, the video usually has almost no views — it was published an hour ago.

After that the platform keeps refreshing the stats and raises the amount along with the views while the campaign runs. The recalculation only goes up: a sagging counter does not reduce what was credited.

Every campaign has a payout cap per video. Once the amount reaches it, it stops growing no matter how many views follow.

There is one case where it drops to zero: the work gets rejected — by hand or automatically, when the video is deleted, made private, or its bought views are cleared. Then the whole amount for it is removed, not a part.

The campaign rate your work is paid by is frozen at submission. If an admin later raises or lowers the rate, it does not touch videos already handed in — only new ones.

Check three things. The rate on the campaign card is per thousand views, not per video. Every campaign has a cap per video. And the amount is based on the views the platform has seen so far — they do not update instantly.

Yes. The invite bonus lands on the same balance as money for your work and is withdrawn together with it.

It is credited not when the invited person signs up, but when their first video is counted. Until then the invite sits in the "waiting for the first video" state.

Publish the video on TikTok and send the link within 60 minutes, using the button on the campaign card.

The hour is not red tape: the later a video is submitted, the harder it is to tell work made for the campaign from an old video found after the fact. An old video already has views, and after the fact they cannot be told apart from new ones — TikTok has a single counter.

Some campaigns cap how many videos they take from one TikTok account. If the cap is reached, submission says so — that is the campaign limit, not a judgement on the video.

For campaigns with a sound, a video counts only if it uses that exact track. Take it with the "Use this sound" button on the sound page — do not upload your own file with the same music.

To TikTok an uploaded file is a different sound with a different id, and the check does not recognise it. The video looks identical, so the mistake only surfaces at submission.

Campaigns without a sound have no such rule at all — there the work is judged by the terms.

The reason is always shown on your work — it is visible in the list next to the video, not only inside it.

Most often: the wrong sound, a video published long before submission, a video deleted or made private, or a TikTok ad label on it.

That happens when the counters behave oddly: views drop sharply, likes or saves spike, an ad label appears.

It is not a rejection and not lost money. The work stays counted and the amount keeps being calculated and growing — the only change is that an admin will take another look.

It used to go back into the queue, with the money frozen until a decision. Not any more: freezing someone earnings on suspicion is the worse of the two mistakes.

On closing, the platform refreshes the stats for every submission one last time and settles the money from them. Those are the final numbers: collection stops and the amount no longer grows.

Closing does not touch what was already credited — your earnings stay on the balance and are withdrawn as usual.

Crypto withdrawals carry a 10% platform fee; what reaches the wallet is shown right under the choice, before you save. PayPal has its own fee — charged by them, not us, and depending on country and account type.

The card number is stored encrypted: lists and admins only ever see the last four digits.

If none of them works for you, there is a "None of these work?" button next to the choice. Describe how you would prefer to be paid — it goes to support as a normal ticket.

A block removes your work from running campaigns and forfeits the entire unpaid balance — including earnings from campaigns already closed, prizes and invite money.

It is a last resort, used for bought views, other people accounts and working around campaign rules — not for one disputed video: a single piece of work is handled by rejecting it. Full terms are in the Documents section.

In your account, under Security, link Telegram: after that every sign-in is confirmed in the messenger and a password alone stops being enough.

Backup codes are issued there too, for when Telegram is out of reach. Save them at once — we will not show them a second time.

That is how the platform recognises your work: a submitted video counts for you only if it was published from a linked account.

You can link several accounts. The money stays shared: the balance and the payout details belong to the person, not to each profile.

They do, and that is normal. The platform polls TikTok on a schedule: fresh videos roughly once an hour, older ones less often.
