Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Creator & Campaign Terms. The text is published in English: a legal document has one governing version.
WayMedia Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 20, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WayMedia, including the website located at waymedia.ad, its services, campaigns, creator tools, payment features, and related functionality (collectively, the “Platform”).
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, joining a campaign, or otherwise using WayMedia, you agree to these Terms and the WayMedia Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
1. Platform Operator
WayMedia is a platform operated by Davit Iailakhanian and Mikhail Klimov.
Greyton Inc. provides financing to WayMedia and, pursuant to a separate signed agreement, handles WayMedia's business operations and strategic development. Greyton Inc.'s role is governed by that separate agreement. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, this role does not by itself make Greyton Inc. a party to these Terms or independently responsible for payment or contractual obligations owed by WayMedia to users.
2. What WayMedia Does
WayMedia connects creators and editors with promotional campaigns, primarily involving the creation and publication of short-form social media content, including TikTok videos.
Campaigns may compensate creators based on factors including:
- number of eligible views;
- campaign-specific rates;
- completion of specified promotional tasks;
- performance requirements;
- campaign budgets; and
- other requirements displayed on the Platform.
Each campaign may contain its own rules, rates, deadlines, eligible content categories, required sounds, examples, and other instructions. By participating in a campaign, you agree to follow those campaign-specific requirements.
3. Eligibility and Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to use WayMedia, create an account, participate in paid campaigns, or request or receive payouts.
By creating an account or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. WayMedia does not permit minors to use the Platform.
You must also satisfy any separate age, identity, country, or eligibility requirements imposed by PayPal, cryptocurrency exchanges, payment providers, or other financial services used for payouts.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating and maintaining your account. You are responsible for:
- keeping your login information secure;
- activities occurring through your account;
- providing accurate social media accounts;
- providing accurate payout information;
- ensuring that submitted content belongs to you or that you have the right to use it; and
- immediately notifying WayMedia if your account has been compromised.
You may not sell, rent, transfer, or share your WayMedia account without permission. WayMedia may require additional verification where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, verify ownership of social media accounts, process payments, verify age, or comply with legal requirements.
5. Campaign Participation
Joining a campaign does not guarantee earnings. Before participating, you must review the campaign instructions.
Campaign requirements may include:
- a specific TikTok sound or music track;
- a required video category or theme;
- minimum video quality;
- specific hashtags, captions, or tags;
- content examples;
- minimum or maximum duration;
- account eligibility requirements;
- campaign budget;
- pay-per-view rate; and
- campaign start or end dates.
Only content that complies with all applicable campaign requirements is eligible for payment.
Each campaign also displays a maximum payout per video. Earnings for a single submission do not exceed that amount, regardless of how many views the video receives.
A campaign video must be submitted to WayMedia within 60 minutes of being published. Videos submitted after that window are not eligible for payment.
6. View Tracking
WayMedia may display views and estimated earnings on the Platform as view data becomes available. View counts are intended to update automatically and may appear immediately or near real time depending on data availability and technical conditions.
Displayed views and earnings are not necessarily final until they have passed WayMedia’s fraud, eligibility, and technical checks.
WayMedia may correct, recalculate, remove, or adjust views or earnings where there is evidence of:
- inaccurate platform data;
- duplicate counting;
- technical errors;
- fraudulent activity;
- artificial traffic;
- paid traffic;
- deleted or unavailable content; or
- violation of campaign requirements.
WayMedia’s internal campaign records will be used to determine eligible views where there is a discrepancy, subject to applicable law.
7. Artificial Views and Paid Promotion
Creators may not artificially increase the performance of campaign content. Unless a campaign specifically states otherwise, the following are prohibited:
- purchasing views;
- purchasing engagement;
- bots;
- automated traffic;
- view farms;
- traffic exchanges;
- incentivized viewing schemes;
- TikTok Promote;
- paid advertisements;
- boosting;
- paid traffic campaigns;
- artificial engagement services; and
- any other method intended to manipulate organic performance.
If WayMedia reasonably determines that views or engagement were artificially generated, WayMedia may exclude those views from payment, cancel unpaid earnings, suspend the creator’s account, or permanently remove the creator from the Platform.
WayMedia may block a specific linked TikTok account, or the creator’s WayMedia account together with every TikTok account linked to it. A blocked TikTok account can no longer submit videos and cannot be linked to any WayMedia account, including a new one.
Where an account is blocked, WayMedia may reject that account’s submissions in campaigns that are still running, including submissions previously accepted or awaiting review, and the amounts credited for them are removed.
Blocking also forfeits the creator’s entire unpaid balance. This includes earnings from campaigns that have already closed, placement prizes, and referral bonuses, whether or not each individual amount is itself attributable to the conduct that led to the block. Amounts already paid out are not reclaimed.
If a block is later lifted, rejected submissions are not reinstated and forfeited balance is not restored.
8. Content Requirements
Campaign content must comply with the instructions displayed for the relevant campaign. WayMedia may reject or disqualify content including, but not limited to, content where:
- the incorrect sound was used;
- the sound was replaced or removed;
- the wrong campaign link was submitted;
- the video does not match the required category;
- required instructions were ignored;
- the content was uploaded to an ineligible account;
- the content contains misleading information;
- the video was created primarily using paid promotion; or
- the submission otherwise materially fails to comply with the campaign brief.
For example, if a campaign specifically requires movie edits, a submission consisting of an animated-series or cartoon edit may be rejected unless the campaign states that such content is allowed.
9. Submitted Videos Must Remain Available
After a campaign video has been submitted, you must not intentionally:
- delete it;
- make it private;
- archive it;
- remove the required sound;
- replace the sound;
- materially modify the video; or
- otherwise make the submission unavailable without prior permission from WayMedia.
If content becomes unavailable due to circumstances outside your reasonable control, such as removal by TikTok or suspension of your social media account, you should contact WayMedia as soon as reasonably possible.
If you voluntarily delete, privatize, or materially alter qualifying content without permission, WayMedia may cancel unpaid earnings associated with that content and, where permitted by applicable law, seek recovery of payments that were obtained in violation of campaign requirements.
10. Payments
Eligible creators may request or receive payouts through payment methods supported by WayMedia, which may include:
- PayPal
- Cryptocurrency
- Bank card (Russian cards)
WayMedia processes regular creator payouts every Monday.
The minimum payout amount is 5 USD. Approved earnings below that amount remain on your balance and are included in a payout once the balance reaches the minimum.
Earnings from a submission become available for withdrawal 48 hours after the video was published. Until then the amount is credited to your balance and continues to be calculated as usual, but is not included in a payout. This holding period exists because TikTok removes artificial views with a delay, and money already transferred cannot be recovered once it does.
Earnings that have been approved and are eligible for withdrawal by the applicable payment cutoff will normally be included in the next Monday payout cycle. If earnings are approved after the relevant payout cutoff, they may be included in the following Monday payout cycle.
Payments may be delayed where additional review is reasonably required due to suspected fraud, artificial views, campaign-rule violations, incorrect payout information, technical issues, payment-provider restrictions, or other compliance concerns.
If Monday falls on a banking, payment-provider, or operational holiday, or if circumstances outside WayMedia’s reasonable control prevent payment processing, the payout may be processed on the next reasonably available business day.
Availability of payout methods may depend on country, age, compliance requirements, and payment-provider restrictions. Users are responsible for entering correct payout information.
PayPal availability and transfer functionality may vary depending on the user’s country or region. In some regions, PayPal transfers may be delayed, restricted, unavailable, or subject to additional verification or payment-provider requirements. PayPal and/or intermediary payment providers may also charge transaction, receiving, withdrawal, currency-conversion, or other fees. These third-party fees are determined by the relevant provider, may be deducted from the payout or charged separately, and are not controlled by WayMedia.
WayMedia is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect PayPal account, cryptocurrency address, blockchain network, or other destination where the error resulted from payout information supplied by the user.
In addition to campaign earnings, WayMedia may credit referral bonuses for creators who register through your invite link, amounts agreed separately with partners who bring creators to the Platform, and prizes for top places in a campaign leaderboard. These amounts are credited to the same balance, are paid out on the same schedule, and are subject to the same eligibility, fraud, and verification checks.
A referral or partner bonus may be cancelled where the invited account is fraudulent, artificially created, duplicated, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.
11. Cryptocurrency Payment Fee
Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to a 10% WayMedia processing/service fee, unless a different fee is clearly displayed before the payout is requested. The fee will normally be deducted from the amount being withdrawn.
Blockchain network fees or fees charged by third-party providers may also apply where disclosed. By selecting cryptocurrency as your payout method, you agree to the applicable fee before the transaction is processed.
12. Payment Reviews and Withholding
WayMedia may temporarily delay, review, adjust, or withhold a payment where there is a reasonable basis to investigate:
- suspected artificial views;
- fraud;
- account ownership;
- duplicate submissions;
- paid advertising;
- violation of campaign requirements;
- deleted videos;
- manipulated analytics;
- technical errors; or
- violations of these Terms.
If the investigation confirms that the creator complied with the applicable requirements, qualifying earnings will remain payable. WayMedia may permanently reject earnings directly attributable to fraudulent activity or a material violation of campaign rules.
Where the investigation instead leads to the account being blocked, the consequences set out in Section 7 apply, and they are broader: the entire unpaid balance is forfeited, not only the portion attributable to the conduct.
13. No Guaranteed Earnings
WayMedia does not guarantee:
- any minimum number of campaigns;
- any minimum number of views;
- any minimum income;
- that content will perform successfully;
- that TikTok will distribute a video;
- continuous availability of any campaign; or
- that a campaign will remain open indefinitely.
Campaigns may end when their budget is exhausted, when their end date is reached, or when the advertiser or WayMedia closes the campaign.
14. Third-Party Platforms
WayMedia is an independent platform. TikTok and other social media platforms are third-party services and are governed by their own terms, policies, algorithms, and moderation systems.
WayMedia is not responsible for TikTok account suspensions, reduced reach, content removals, algorithm changes, third-party outages, or changes in social media platform policies. Your use of TikTok or another social media service must comply with that service’s applicable terms and policies.
15. Advertising Disclosures
Creators are responsible for complying with advertising, sponsorship, endorsement, and disclosure laws applicable to them. Where required, creators must clearly disclose that content is sponsored, promotional, or compensated and must use any disclosure tools required by the relevant social media platform.
16. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of original content that you create.
By submitting a campaign video or related material to WayMedia, you grant WayMedia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- display the submission on the Platform;
- review it for campaign compliance;
- use it for campaign reporting;
- show campaign performance to advertisers or partners;
- reproduce screenshots or previews for administrative purposes; and
- promote WayMedia and its campaigns using the submission where reasonably related to your participation in the Platform.
You represent that you have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, or other lawful basis to use the materials included in your content. WayMedia does not grant creators ownership of copyrighted music, films, television footage, anime, characters, trademarks, or other third-party intellectual property. WayMedia may remove or reject content in response to a credible intellectual-property complaint.
17. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- defraud WayMedia or advertisers;
- manipulate campaign statistics;
- create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions;
- impersonate another person;
- submit another creator’s video as your own;
- knowingly provide false payment information;
- interfere with Platform security;
- attempt to access another user’s account;
- use automated systems to abuse WayMedia;
- submit illegal content;
- use WayMedia for money laundering or other unlawful financial activity; or
- encourage others to violate these Terms.
18. Suspension and Termination
WayMedia may suspend or terminate an account where a user:
- violates these Terms;
- repeatedly violates campaign requirements;
- engages in fraud or manipulation;
- creates a security risk;
- abuses other users or Platform staff;
- violates applicable law; or
- creates material risk for WayMedia, advertisers, or payment partners.
Suspension may be applied to a single linked TikTok account or to the WayMedia account as a whole. Blocking the WayMedia account also blocks every TikTok account linked to it and ends access to the Platform. The financial consequences of a block are set out in Section 7.
A block is recorded with a reason, which WayMedia will state to the user on request.
Where reasonably possible, WayMedia may provide the user with an opportunity to explain disputed activity. Users may stop using WayMedia at any time.
19. Taxes
Creators are independent participants and are responsible for determining and paying any taxes, duties, reporting obligations, or other government charges applicable to their earnings. WayMedia does not provide individual tax advice.
20. Independent Relationship
Participation in WayMedia campaigns does not create an employment relationship between the creator and WayMedia. Creators participate independently and determine whether they wish to join individual campaigns. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship unless separately agreed in writing.
21. Platform Availability
WayMedia is provided on an “as available” basis. We may update, modify, suspend, or temporarily discontinue parts of the Platform for maintenance, security, technical, legal, or business reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WayMedia and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of audience reach, loss of social media accounts, or loss of business opportunities.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, WayMedia’s aggregate liability relating to a claim will be limited to the amount paid or payable to the relevant user through WayMedia during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where a different limitation is required by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
23. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your fraudulent activity, infringement of third-party intellectual-property rights, violation of applicable law, violation of these Terms, or misuse of the Platform.
24. Changes to These Terms
WayMedia may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Platform and may also be communicated through email or another reasonable method. Your continued use of WayMedia after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
25. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the competent courts of Georgia, unless mandatory law applicable to the user requires otherwise. Before initiating formal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact WayMedia so that the parties may attempt to resolve the dispute.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent where permitted by law. Withdrawal of consent does not make processing that occurred before withdrawal unlawful.
5. Campaign and View Information
WayMedia may collect or obtain public information relating to campaign videos and social media accounts in order to determine campaign performance. This may include publicly displayed TikTok metrics such as views and engagement.
View and performance information may be compared against internal fraud-detection information to identify suspicious or artificial activity. WayMedia may maintain records of disqualified campaign submissions where reasonably necessary to prevent repeated fraud or enforce Platform rules.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information as a general business practice. We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to the following categories of recipients:
Business Operations Partner and Service Providers
Greyton Inc. may receive or access information reasonably necessary to perform WayMedia's business operations and strategic development under the separate signed agreement. Other companies or individuals may help us provide hosting, infrastructure, analytics, security, communications, payment processing, fraud detection, or technical support.
Payment Providers
Information required to complete a payout may be provided to PayPal, cryptocurrency networks, payment processors, or other financial providers selected by the user.
Advertisers and Campaign Partners
We may provide campaign partners with information reasonably necessary to report campaign results, such as creator usernames, submitted video URLs, performance metrics, campaign statistics, and aggregated campaign results. We will not provide unnecessary private account information merely because a creator participates in a campaign.
Legal and Safety Disclosures
We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful government requests, investigate fraud, protect WayMedia, protect users, enforce our Terms of Service, or establish or defend legal claims.
Business Transactions
If WayMedia is reorganized, sold, merged, transferred, or incorporated into a legal entity, relevant information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
WayMedia may use cookies and similar technologies to keep users logged in, maintain account sessions, remember preferences, protect accounts, prevent fraud, understand Platform performance, and analyze use of the website.
Where required by applicable law, we will request consent before using non-essential cookies. Users may also control certain cookies through their browser settings. Disabling necessary cookies may prevent parts of WayMedia from functioning properly.
8. Third-Party Services
WayMedia may contain links to or interact with services such as TikTok, PayPal, cryptocurrency services, and other external platforms. Those services have their own privacy policies and terms. WayMedia is not responsible for how third parties independently process information.
9. International Data Transfers
WayMedia users, service providers, payment providers, campaign partners, or infrastructure providers may be located in different countries. As a result, information may be processed outside the country where you live. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, WayMedia will take reasonable steps to use appropriate legal or contractual safeguards.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. Retention periods may depend on whether your account remains active, campaign payment requirements, fraud prevention, financial records, disputes, legal claims, tax or accounting obligations, and applicable legal requirements. Certain records may therefore remain after an account has been closed where retention is legally permitted or required.
11. Security
WayMedia uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. However, no online platform or data-storage system can guarantee complete security. Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and devices.
12. Age Requirement
WayMedia is available only to users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly permit individuals under 18 to create WayMedia accounts, participate in campaigns, or request payouts.
If we learn that an individual under 18 has provided personal information or created an account in violation of this Policy, we may suspend or delete the account and delete associated personal information, subject to applicable legal obligations and permitted retention requirements.
13. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and the applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including the right to:
- request information about how your data is processed;
- access personal data concerning you;
- receive a copy of your data;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- request deletion or destruction of information;
- request restriction or blocking of certain processing;
- withdraw consent;
- request transmission of certain data where legally and technically applicable; and
- challenge certain decisions concerning your personal information.
Some rights may be subject to legal exceptions. For example, WayMedia may retain information that is reasonably necessary for fraud investigations, legal claims, accounting records, or other lawful purposes.
14. Account and Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your WayMedia account and eligible personal information by contacting shkreyper011@gmail.com. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request. Deletion of an account does not necessarily require deletion of information that WayMedia is legally entitled or required to retain.
15. Marketing Communications
If WayMedia sends optional marketing emails or similar communications, users may request to stop receiving them. Operational communications relating to accounts, security, campaign payments, legal notices, or important Platform changes may still be sent where necessary.
16. Automated Fraud Detection
WayMedia may use automated or partially automated methods to detect suspicious campaign activity, including unusual traffic patterns or potentially artificial views. Automated indicators may result in a submission or payment being reviewed. Where required by law, users may contact WayMedia to request review of a decision that significantly affects them.
17. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will be posted on WayMedia with an updated effective date. Where appropriate, material changes may also be communicated through the Platform or by email.
18. Governing Law

WayMedia Creator & Campaign Terms
Effective Date: August 20, 2026
These Creator & Campaign Terms (“Campaign Terms”) apply whenever a creator participates in a paid campaign through WayMedia. These Campaign Terms supplement the WayMedia Terms of Service.
1. Campaign Participation
Creators must be at least 18 years old to participate in paid campaigns. Eligible creators may voluntarily join available campaigns displayed on WayMedia. Each campaign may specify the required sound, required content type, campaign rate, eligible social platforms, examples, video requirements, campaign budget, campaign duration, and other specific requirements. By joining a campaign, you agree to follow its requirements.
2. Payment Based on Eligible Performance
Campaign earnings may be calculated based on eligible views or another performance method displayed for the campaign. The rate displayed for the applicable campaign determines how qualifying performance is calculated. Views shown on WayMedia may update automatically as data becomes available. Displayed earnings remain subject to campaign eligibility and fraud checks.
Each campaign also displays a maximum payout per video. Earnings for a single submission do not exceed that amount, however many views the video receives.
3. Qualifying Videos
To qualify for payment, a video must be created or lawfully submitted by the creator, use the correct campaign sound, comply with the campaign theme, comply with campaign instructions, be published on an eligible account, remain publicly accessible, generate legitimate performance, and comply with these Campaign Terms.
A video must also be submitted to WayMedia within 60 minutes of being published on TikTok. This window exists so that campaign performance is measured from the start of the video’s life; videos submitted later are not eligible for payment.
4. Incorrect Sound
Videos using the wrong sound are not eligible for payment. The creator must ensure that the exact campaign sound or audio specified by WayMedia is used. Replacing or removing the required sound after posting may disqualify the video.
The campaign sound must be attached to the video using TikTok’s “Use this sound” function. Naming the track in the caption, in the description, or in a hashtag does not attach the sound: TikTok stores a different audio track with the video, and such a submission does not qualify.
5. Incorrect Content Category
Videos must match the category or creative brief specified by the campaign. For example, where a campaign requires edits using movies, submitting an edit based on cartoons, animated series, or other unrelated material may be rejected. WayMedia will consider the campaign description and examples when determining whether content materially complies with the brief.
6. Artificial Views
Only legitimate views qualify for payment. Purchased views, bots, automated views, fake engagement, view farms, traffic exchanges, incentivized traffic schemes, and similar methods of manipulating performance are prohibited. Artificial or fraudulent views do not qualify for payment.
7. No Paid Advertising
Unless WayMedia expressly allows it for a particular campaign, campaign videos must grow organically. Creators may not use TikTok Promote, paid ads, boosting, paid traffic, advertising accounts, or third-party promotional services designed to artificially increase campaign results. Views attributable to prohibited paid promotion may be excluded.
8. Video Deletion
A submitted campaign video must not be intentionally deleted, archived, made private, or materially altered without prior permission from WayMedia. Creators must keep qualifying campaign videos available after submission. If a creator voluntarily removes a qualifying video without permission, WayMedia may cancel unpaid earnings associated with that submission. Where a video is removed by TikTok or becomes unavailable for reasons outside the creator’s reasonable control, the creator should notify WayMedia.
9. Verification
WayMedia may review submissions before or after earnings appear on the creator’s account. Reviews may include checking the sound, checking video content, reviewing public analytics, reviewing traffic patterns, checking account ownership, checking for paid promotion, detecting duplicate submissions, and investigating suspected artificial activity.
10. Earnings Adjustments
WayMedia may recalculate or remove earnings resulting from artificial views, technical errors, incorrect view data, prohibited paid advertising, deleted videos, wrong sounds, campaign-rule violations, or fraudulent activity. WayMedia will not intentionally remove legitimate earnings solely because a campaign video performed better than expected.
If the account is blocked, the whole unpaid balance is forfeited, including earnings from campaigns that have already closed, placement prizes, and referral bonuses. See Section 7 of the WayMedia Terms of Service.
11. Payments
Eligible campaign earnings are paid according to WayMedia’s regular payout schedule. WayMedia processes creator payouts every Monday.
The minimum payout amount is 5 USD. Approved earnings below that amount remain on your balance and are included in a payout once the balance reaches the minimum.
Only earnings that have passed applicable campaign eligibility, fraud, and verification checks are eligible for payout. If earnings are approved after the relevant payout cutoff, they may be included in the following Monday’s payout cycle.
Current supported payout methods may include:
- PayPal
- Cryptocurrency
PayPal availability and transfer functionality may vary by country or region. In some regions, transfers may be delayed, restricted, unavailable, or require additional verification. PayPal and/or intermediary providers may charge transaction, receiving, withdrawal, currency-conversion, or other fees, which may be deducted from the payout or charged separately. WayMedia does not control fees or restrictions imposed by PayPal or other third-party payment providers.
Cryptocurrency payouts are subject to the applicable WayMedia fee described in these Campaign Terms. Payments may be delayed where WayMedia reasonably needs additional time to investigate artificial views, fraud, deleted videos, paid advertising, campaign-rule violations, payout information, or other suspicious activity.
If payment processing is unavailable on a particular Monday because of a payment-provider issue, holiday, technical problem, or another circumstance outside WayMedia’s reasonable control, payment may be processed on the next reasonably available business day.
12. Cryptocurrency Fee
Cryptocurrency payouts are subject to a 10% WayMedia fee, unless a different fee is clearly stated before withdrawal. The fee is deducted from the requested payout. Any separately disclosed blockchain or third-party processing fees may also apply.
13. Campaign Budgets
Campaigns may have limited budgets. A campaign may stop accepting new eligible views or submissions once the campaign budget has been exhausted, the campaign ends, the advertiser ends the campaign, or WayMedia closes or suspends the campaign. The Platform may display relevant campaign status information.
14. Social Media Compliance
Creators are responsible for complying with TikTok’s and other applicable social platforms’ rules. Creators must also make any advertising or sponsorship disclosure required by applicable law or the relevant platform.
15. Creator Responsibility
Creators are responsible for the content they post, their social media accounts, compliance with campaign instructions, applicable taxes, intellectual-property rights relating to their content, and compliance with applicable laws.
16. No Employment Relationship
Creators participate as independent users of the Platform. Participation in a campaign does not make a creator an employee of WayMedia, Davit Iailakhanian, Mikhail Klimov, Greyton Inc., an advertiser, or a campaign partner unless a separate written employment agreement states otherwise.
17. Fraud and Account Suspension
WayMedia may suspend campaign access, freeze disputed earnings while an investigation is pending, or terminate an account where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, artificial views, repeated campaign violations, manipulated statistics, account impersonation, or other abuse of the Platform. Confirmed fraudulent earnings may be permanently rejected.
A block may cover one linked TikTok account or the creator’s account together with all of them. A blocked TikTok account cannot submit videos and cannot be linked again. Submissions in campaigns that are still running are rejected, and the unpaid balance is forfeited in full.
18. No Earnings Guarantee
WayMedia does not guarantee that any creator will earn a particular amount. Earnings depend on factors including creator performance, eligible views, available campaigns, campaign budgets, campaign rules, and social media performance.
19. Relationship With Other WayMedia Terms
These Campaign Terms form part of the WayMedia Terms of Service. If a specific campaign contains additional requirements, those requirements apply to participation in that campaign. If these Campaign Terms conflict with the general WayMedia Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will control unless the specific campaign rule expressly states otherwise.
